All of our property developments re-use old buildings, utilising clever modern design in interesting ways. In an innovative and exciting way we reinvent buildings to create beautiful homes. At Own Cocoon we have developed and converted old and tired yet unique buildings into beautiful homes. We have converted barns, renovated cottages, developed agricultural buildings and houses, and also completed new builds – all across Somerset and Devon.
